Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable to purchases made from Moll-shop Limited Partnership via the www.moll-shop.co.th website only.

Change of Mind 

Moll-shop Limited Partnership does not normally offer a refund where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.  We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will only accept notifications of goods damaged in transit within 24 hours of delivery to discuss in further.  

Consumer Guarantees 

All products sold in Thailand come with a 5-year warranty. You are entitled to a reasonable replacement or refund for damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product is damaged within 5 years.

Refunds

Once a refund has been accepted by Moll-shop Limited Partnership, the refund will normally be processed within 7 working days.

หากสินค้าเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง

หากสินค้าได้รับความเสียหายโปรดติดต่อเราทันทีเพื่อแจ้งให้เราทราบ ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังการจัดส่ง เพื่อหารือในลำดับถัดไป

การรับประกันผู้บริโภค

สินค้าทั้งหมดที่ขายในประเทศไทยมีการรับประกันสินค้า 5 ปี คุณมีสิทธิ์ได้รับการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินสำหรับความเสียหายได้อย่างสมเหตุสมผล นอกจากนี้คุณยังมีสิทธิ์ได้รับการซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าหากสินค้ามีความเสียหายในระยะเวลา 5 ปี 

การคืนเงิน

เมื่อ Moll-shop Limited Partnership ยอมรับการคืนเงินแล้ว การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการตามปกติภายใน 7 วันทำการ
